Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst

Role Title: Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst Position Summary: The Cigna Enterprise Operations Analytics organization offers solutions that provide actionable insights to internal and external business partners and customers that help improve customer experience, reduce cost, measure, and forecast business performance, and improve process and procedures. The App Development Lead Analyst will be responsible for providing advanced professional input into App Development assignments/projects. They will analyze and interpret collected data, spot trends, write reports and complete data modeling. The Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst will be a key contributor to ensure the successful delivery of ETL Production Services and Application Support. To be successful in this role, you must have an understanding of ETL processes and be experienced in supporting Production Services applications. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for partnering with key players in Customer Service, Client Service, Provider Service, and Workforce Planning, while drawing on support from Technology, Finance, Strategy, Operational Readiness, and Solutions Delivery. Job Description & Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain the health of production systems, including databases and ETL processes. Provide first-line support for production issues, troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely manner. Designing and implementing database structures, including tables, indexes, and views Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as index optimization, and performance tuning. Maintain the pipeline of work coming to the team and guide/lead junior team members. Develop and maintain documentation related to production systems, including standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours, as needed. Experience Required: 6-8 years experience in Production support role. Experience Desired: Performance Tuning and optimizing experience of SQL, PL/SQL code to reduce execution time or improve efficiency. Experience with scheduling tools such as CA Workload Automation. Primary Skills: Hands-on experience in SSIS, SQL Server, Oracle, and SQL. Additional Skills: Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with query optimization and performance tuning. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
