Role Title: Infrastructure Engineering Analyst Position Summary: The Cigna Enterprise Operations Analytics organization offers solutions that provide actionable insights to internal and external business partners and customers that help improve customer experience, reduce cost, measure and forecast business performance, and improve process and procedures. The App Development Analyst will be responsible for providing advanced professional input into App Development assignments/projects. They will analyze and interpret collected data, spot trends, write reports and complete data modeling. The Infrastructure Engineering Analyst will be a key contributor to ensure the successful delivery of ETL Production Services and Application Support. To be successful in this role, you must understand ETL processes and be experienced in supporting Production Services applications. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for partnering with key players in Customer Service, Client Service, Provider Service, and Workforce Planning, while drawing on support from Technology, Finance, Strategy, Operational Readiness, and Solutions Delivery. Job Description & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to ensure successful delivery of Production Services applications. Provide technical support for Production Services applications. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and address issues related to Production Services applications. Monitor and optimize ETL processes and applications performance. Create and implement best practices to ensure successful delivery and support of Production Services applications. Troubleshoot and resolve Production Services application issues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of Production Services applications. Prepare detailed technical documentation. Experience Required: 1-3 years of relevant production support and project experience. Experience Desired: Experience with scheduling tools such as CA Workload Automation. Education and Training Required: Primary Skills: Experience with Relational Database Development Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or equivalent required. Additional Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
