Campaign Manager (H/F)

By bringing the power of Carrefour Links instore and ecommerce expertise combined with Publicis CitrusAd and Epsilon onsite and offsite retail media technologies, Unlimitail aims to become the leading retail media player in Continental Europe and South America. In addition to the 13 additional partners announced at Vivatech launch, Unlimitail has a strong ambition and business plan to welcome many more retailers in our retail media platform.

Mission:

As Campaign Manager, your mission is to ensure a good coordination for a campaign launch from the client briefing to the invoicing. Your role involves managing the workflow and timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to coordinate each steps of the campaign in order to achieve your client goals. You will be part for all kind of activation (mainly Digital and some of Instore, Print, CRM etc)

Main Activities:

Campaign Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of advertising campaign execution, from planning to invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign goals and requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any quality issues and make necessary revisions.
• Coordinate and prioritize the flow of creative assets, trackings, etc between internal and external stakeholders
• Create and share a go live proof for client
• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth display of the campaign

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets, trackings, etc to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Validate technical specifications and requirements for various media channels, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth display and good performance of the campaign.
• Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance, including delivery metrics & KPI.
• Sharing report to the client

Skills Required:

• Project Management: Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks and manage competitive deadlines.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality control
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that arise during campaign execution.
• Advertising Industry: Understanding the advertising industry, including media and retail channels, formats and best practices.
• English: spoken and written is required (international context/clients). Knowledge of other European languages is a plus (especially Spanish)

Preferred Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, in Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field, (ie.Advertising).
• Proven experience in campaigns and operations management, preferably in the retail and/or media industry (2-3 years of experience).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
