Senior Adult Social Care Locum

We are working with a Local Authority in the Greater Manchester Region looking for an experienced Senior Adult Social Care Locum Lawyer to join their busy department for an initial 3-month period.

The successful candidate must be UK qualified and have upwards of 12 months’ experience dealing with the following:

• Community Care, Court of Protection, Judicial Review, NRPF, Ordinary Residence and Mental Health/Capacity issues To support, cover and supervise other junior staff members when required Advocacy in the Courts and at Tribunals is essential

Pay rate is between £45-55 per hour.

The local authority offers a hybrid working model for this assignment. Previous adults social care legal experience in a local authority is essential.

The local authority is looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible. Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are looking to speak to candidates available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice.
