Our client is on the lookout for an exceptional Head Chef to lead their vibrant and growing team.

This beloved and rapidly expanding business is renowned for its mouthwatering homemade pies, ready-to-cook meals, pastries, and sweets, all of which are manufactured in-house and sold in three stores. As a key team member, you will be responsible for cooking these meals, pies, cakes, and other delectable items, which will then be shipped out to the stores.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Proven experience in a Head Chef role
• Level 3 hygiene certification and allergen management expertise
• Extensive experience in a production kitchen and bulk cooking
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
• In-depth understanding of retail and customer satisfaction
• Experience in managing purchasing and profit and loss

• Lead and motivate a growing culinary team

• Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional food quality and service
• Oversee purchasing, profit and loss, and inventory management
• Maintain hygiene standards and manage allergens
• Efficiently manage a production kitchen and bulk cooking operations
