Store Manager

Customer Service andStorePerformance

• Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales figures.
• Effectively manage sales performance and ensure staff productivity
• Manage cash handling, financial transactions, and paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Staff Training, development, and management:

• Develop and coach staff in company selling techniques, product knowledge,
• Lead the sales team and their performance
• Manage staff and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
• Mentor employees to help them achieve their targets
