Clinical Pharmacist

Are you a Clinical Pharmacist with a background in hospital work? If so, we are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a collaborative pharmacy team in a Norwich based Hospital. This full-time role with a salary of up to £50,000 with a £2,000 joining bonus (T&Cs apply).

As a Clinical Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive and effective clinical pharmacy services to designated wards.
• Leading and developing elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve patient experience.
• Contributing proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate for this Clinical Pharmacist role should be:

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist.
• Experienced in a hospital setting (desired).
