EFM is a leading UK and Irish network of finance professionals, business and growth advisors. We provide outsourced financial management services to businesses that want the benefits of a CFO, Finance Director or Financial Controller – but don’t need a full-time employee.

We wish to connect with motivated professionals who want to run their own business or join our partnership as a portfolio Finance Professional as we look to grow our network.



We currently have numerous client projects/roles across part time FD and FC roles, due diligence assignments, advisory and interim roles, and are looking to grow our network of finance professionals to fill these roles as demand for our services increases.

Role requirements

You will have gained practical experience to a senior level in industry. You will want to capitalise on your experience, making a material difference to ambitious businesses. You will value a work-life balance and are open to taking another approach to your career.

• This is a self-employed role enabling you to take control of your work and your earnings.


• We will support you to grow your business either as a self-employed professional or as a partner in our partnership.


• You will have significant, demonstrable experience or working in senior finance roles for at least 6 years.


• You will be a qualified accountant.


• You will have an entrepreneurial spirit but a desire to engage with and contribute to a wider network of like-minded professionals.
