I'm assisting one of our customers in the food industry, located on Montreal's North Shore, in their search for an expedition supervisor. Main responsibilities : -Carry out and coordinate the preparation of orders, respecting proper stock rotation and deadlines; -Verify delivery notes for each order, as well as the condition of pallets and containers to be shipped; -Properly apply company policies and procedures in his/her sector; -Be available for periodic departmental inventories; -Maintain a positive work environment and working relationships within the team. -Any other related duties. Skills and Abilities: - Able to lift heavy loads - Speed; - People management; - Respectful attitude and interpersonal skills; PROCESS: Initial interview with Gabriel Lemoine, Fed Supply Recruitment Consultant - followed by an interview with the company's Human Resources Manager and Position Manager.
