TITRE : JURISTE STAGIAIRE

Droit des contrats et des affaires internationales

Le département juridique de la Maison Christian Louboutin propose un stage à partir du mois de janvier 2025.

Rattaché au Pôle « Business Affairs » de la Direction juridique, le/la stagiaire contribuera aux missions quotidiennes de l’équipe, notamment dans les domaines suivants :

1. Droit des contrats
2. Droit commercial
3. Droit de la consommation
4. Droit immobilier

Le/la stagiaire participera également au suivi des projets créatifs et des évènements avec les équipes Communication région.

Ce stage s’adresse aux étudiants ayant un intérêt pour les activités retail et recherchant une expérience « terrain » riche, dans un environnement international, dynamique et exigeant.

Profil :

Elève-avocat ou Etudiant en DJCE ou en Master 2 en droit des affaires / droit des contrats.

Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais juridique à l'oral et à l'écrit indispensable (testé en entretien).

Rigueur, méthode et qualités rédactionnelles. Le/la stagiaire sera amené à devenir de plus en plus autonome dans la gestion de ses tâches et de ses priorités au fur et à mesure du stage.

Le/la stagiaire devra être polyvalent, dynamique et doté d’un bon relationnel.

Une première expérience en cabinet d’avocats ou au sein d’une direction juridique serait appréciée.
