Job Title: Director / Region Lead (Northwest)

Salary Range: Competitive + Benefits (variable based on Sales Capability, starting base: £130k upwards)

The Northwest presents a significant growth opportunity for our client, who already has an office presence in Manchester. This is an exciting time to join the business, collaborating with recently onboarded Senior Leaders in London.


Role Overview: As Director, you will lead the charge in the Northwest, becoming the Office and Region Lead! With your established market presence in the NW, you will help expedite the company's growth. The Northwest offers substantial opportunities to the firm, and your liquidity of market access will be pivotal to becoming an invaluable part of their growth.


Your Essential Skills:

  • Business Development: Utilize your proven track record in sales to effectively promote and expand our client’s capabilities in the marketplace.
  • Market Access: Gain direct access to key buyers and stakeholders, leveraging an established market presence to accelerate Northwest business growth.
  • Strategic Vision: Shape and execute innovative strategies to capitalize on significant growth opportunities in the Northwest region.
  • Impactful Leadership: Make a tangible impact by spearheading growth initiatives in a dynamic and evolving consultancy environment.
  • Leadership Excellence: Lead the Northwest office/region, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture.
