Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee procurement activities including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor lead times to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to determine material requirements.
• Build relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
• Develop processes to track and report on supply chain KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

• Degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of CSA standards and regulations is a plus.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is preferred.
