**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide detailed information about travel destinations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is a strong bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the travel industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
**Work Schedule:**
- 7-day shift pattern, working 5 days per week.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
