Blue Yonder Consultant - S&OP Systems

Role : BLUE Yonder Consultant. Location : India. Job Description : - Lead and facilitate workshops with clients to identify business requirements and opportunities for improvement across various Blue Yonder modules (e.g., Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management). - Analyze client data and processes to identify areas for optimization using Blue Yonder solutions. - Design and configure Blue Yonder solutions to meet specific client needs, leveraging best practices and industry expertise. - Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency with Blue Yonder applications. - Perform system testing and data migration to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform. - Support clients with ongoing system maintenance and provide ongoing technical guidance. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Blue Yonder features and functionalities through ongoing training and certifications. - Collaborate with internal teams (developers, project managers) to ensure successful project delivery. - Document project activities and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the engagement. Technical Skills for Blue Yonder Consultant : - Blue Yonder Functionality Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder modules (e.g., Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management). - Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to analyze client data and identify optimization opportunities. - System Configuration: Experience with configuring Blue Yonder solutions to meet specific client needs, including data mapping, workflows, and security settings. - Project Management: Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to manage project timelines, resources, and scope effectively. - Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. - Training & Documentation: Ability to develop user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure user adoption of Blue Yonder Technical Skills (Optional): Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and integration tools (e.g., APIs) may be beneficial for complex integrations.
