Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain records, reports, and research data
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings
• Track and manage inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment
• Input and update research data in databases and spreadsheets
• Assist in compiling and formatting scientific reports and presentations
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
• Handle routine correspondence and inquiries
