Job Description

Our client based in Abbotsford develops, produces, and installs beer tank systems throughout Australia. They're seeking a reliable and responsible individual to ensure timely and secure delivery of our premium beer products. As a key member of their distribution and transport team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction.

This role will be permanent full-time Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm, with one week of evening shift training.

About the Role:



  • Driving the Heavy Rigid Truck on designated runs (Geelong, Traralgon, City, Melbourne Metro Suburbs) - more than likely 4-5 venues a day

  • Cleaning-in-place and filling process of the Tank Beer in Truck at Brewery site

  • Assemble and disassemble hoses for the delivery of bulk beer, ensuring proper connections

  • Conduct regular checks on hoses for wear and tear, replacing as needed.

  • Completing filling process at the venues (restaurants/bars/pubs)

  • Using piercing units and manifolds

  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all vehicles and equipment

  • Unloading of the beer hose and filtration equipment in a safe and correctly manner - must be able to lift 15kg

  • Record all data into system to ensure all product counts are accurate.

  • Daily driver log, daily KPI log, daily pre-start checklist, site assessments


Qualifications and Experience



  • Victorian (or Australian Certified) Heavy Rigid Drivers License

  • Minimum 12 months experience with Heavy Rigid Truck Driving

  • Ability to lift and move heavy loads, including beer hoses (15kg)

  • In-depth understanding of road safety regulations and compliance

  • Strong mechnical/mechanical minded or have an engineer background

  • Proficiency in planning efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions both written and oral

  • Ability to adhere to timeframes/deadlines.
