Accredited Specialist - Family Law

We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Accredited Family Law Specialist for my client who is a boutique family law firm in Melbourne & Brisbane who are looking to recruit in both locations. Both locations offer hybrid working.

You will be experienced in running your own family law files and providing excellent client service, and you will work on a range of matters including all aspects of property and financial settlements (including companies, trusts and self-managed superannuation funds) and parenting arrangements (including relocation).

Responsibilities

• Run your own family law files from end to end


• Operate autonomously with the ability to draw on a wealth of experience from others


• Negotiate matters to settlement


• Draft Court documents


• Court appearances


• Build a strong rapport with your clients

Skills and experience

• Experienced Senior Associate / Special Counsel / Accredited Accredited Specialist in Family Law


• Demonstrated ability to manage your own matters from start to finish


• Well developed strategy and negotiation skills


• Strong attention to detail
