The Role and What You'll Do:
As Paris 2024 Ticketing Co-Ordinator - Support Desk, you will work in our central Paris office (HQ) to:
• Be the first point of contact for ticketing issue escalation and troubleshooting
• Work as a team to efficiently resolve and triage ticketing requests
• Follow agreed procedures for ticketing resolution and escalation
• Work closely with the wider ticketing team located in HQ
• Remotely support onsite ticketing operations at venues
• Provide excellent ticketing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively monitor and report issues
• Other ticketing duties, as necessary to support On Location's successful

You Have These
• Ticketing system and / or database experience
• Confidence with Apps, data and systems
• Previous experience delivering live events and working as a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and experience
• Bilingual French and English
• Ability to work under pressure
We'd Love If You Also Have These:
• Mobile ticketing experience
• Understanding of the Olympic ecosystem and key Stakeholders
• Sense of fun
