E-RETAIL CONTENT SENIOR MANAGER CDI

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our E-Retail Content Senior Manager you are responsible for the company's online sales operations and strategies.
The e-retail Content Senior Manager objective is to improve quality, timeliness and implementation of eRetail content for both divisions to ultimately impact sales. In this role you will support and monitor with the teams the implementation of defined content strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our E-Retail Content Senior Manager you are responsible for the company's online sales operations and strategies.
The e-retail Content Senior Manager objective is to improve quality, timeliness and implementation of eRetail content for both divisions to ultimately impact sales. In this role you will support and monitor with the teams the implementation of defined content strategies.
Your main focus :
- Regularly optimize & improve eCom content guidelines by product category and content type, to improve visibility and conversion rates and ensure adoption at Global Brand level
- Track and improve e-Com Content commercial readiness, making sure the right tools are in place, working together with Global Brand teams who are the owner of Brand content and with the ultimate goal to serve eCommerce teams in market for best-in-class content execution on eCommerce platforms
- Identify and develop effective content strategies to generate e-commerce sales, particularly by identifying high-performing content, through market research and sharing with Global Brand team for reapplication
- Monitor and analyze eCom content implementation and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization based on regular key online retailers & competitors audit
- Define standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (content hub local team, graphics, Global and Local e-retail team) to gather needs & provide updated content that will be shared on e-commerce platforms
- Be a subject matter expert for assigned Content product categories.
- Report and analyze Key Content Performance Indicators and category performance on a weekly basis

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like working with various stakeholders, as our E-Retail Content Senior Manager, you have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
- Have a converted content expertise and true knowledge of e-retail platforms: you have held either the same position with a competitor or have an experience with an e-retailer
- Master Data analysis and application of analysis (ability to screen assets / know what is essential, make recommendations etc...)
- Are very tech and strategy oriented: have worked on strategy for a year or two: have successfully completed projects from A to Z
- Ensuring the performance of what is produced: interpreting analysed data / taking a step back from the result to make changes on the next project
- Know how to read studies, analyse data, you are numbers-oriented and master Excel
- Speak English and French
- Are solution-oriented / proactive / Pragmatic / Numbers-oriented
- Have Leadership and great communication and interpersonal skills / You enjoy working with others (many partnerships with teams)
