Civil Maintenance Supervisor

Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance Supervisor to join our Melbourne water contract. In this integral role you will be responsible for ensuring that works planned and managed to a safe, successful conclusion and to the customer's satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will have supervisor experience on major industrial or commercial sites, and a natural ability to bring people together as a leader who possesses first-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

• Experience in the Water\Waste water industry.


• A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills


• Intermediate Microsoft office skills


• A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude


• Strong organisational skills
