Concrete facility Production Operative

Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with Supreme Concrete, (Part of Ibstock PLC), are looking to expand its current workforce due to an increase in work load at Busy Concrete Product Facility by recruiting a team of Production Operatives. The role of the Production Operative is to ensure the factory unit is run effectively and efficiently to use all time wisely, work efficiently, and work effectively.

The shifts are Monday to Friday- 07:00 - 16:30.

Overtime is available at Premium Rates (Weekends at Double Time) and a Quarterly Bonus Scheme, upto 5% of Basic Salary, is included!

Immediate starts available for suitable candidates!

The role does involve Manual Handling, involving the use of Mechanical Lifting Aids. Full Training given.

Starting salary is £12.38 p/h overtime £18.57 p/h

Duties Include :-

Pre-Assembly of Concrete Products and steel rebar.

Removing and Stacking of Finished Concrete Products

Loading concrete and steel into Moulds and Machines

Machine Operating

Working as Part of a Team

Quality Checks

Completing production Paperwork

Long term Temp opportunities with potential permanent roles for the right candidates

Also on offer is £100 Retention Bonus after 4 Weeks Continuous Service and a further £200 Retention Bonus after 12 Weeks Continuous Service (Subject to Satisfactory Attendance Levels)
