Your new company
A well established law firm offering a range of legal services.

Your new role
To provide effective and timely service to the firm's clients in relation to residential property matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To process client matters on a timely, cost-effective and profitable basis.
  • To use correct office systems and procedures in order to manage cases effectively in accordance with the Firm's standards.
  • To collect outstanding disbursements as soon as feasible and to bill promptly and collect money due to the Firm promptly.
  • To liaise with outside agencies, including search companies, HMRC and Land Registry and to use search facilities, including submitting searches and to prepare and submit stamp duty land tax returns.
  • To open and close files when required.
  • To carry out all conveyancing procedures.


What you'll need to succeed
Experience fee earning within Residential Property.
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales would be preferred.
