Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :

- Experience in S4 implementation and ECC

- Solution Architecting in SAP FICO

- Effort estimation and experience in SAP RFP response

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in French and English

- Retail / Manufactruing Industry experience

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

- SAP Delivery Assurance: Ensure Customer satisfaction meeting the program requirements. Driving and assisting the delivery team to maintain the quality of deliverables as per TCS standards and customer expectations.

- Value Initiaives: Guiding delivery team on innovation / creativity for Value Adds to the customer

- RFP response: Study the scope. understand requirements and pain points. recommend solution. ability to challenge existing process in favour of SAP best practices. estimate schedule and effort. defend our response. transition to delivery team.

- Assist in market development: Identify leads. Identify opportunities. Customised initial pitch. Qualify leads to prospects. Convert prospects to customers.

- Strengthening the delivery team by helping in recruitment of qualified local French SAP resources.

Desired experience Range : 10 - 16 Years

English Level : B2 level to Bilingual
