Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Position

Lead and execute the training of tire service providers and hardware installation partners to enable the implementation and ongoing service of TaaS contracted fleet customers.

Ensure service policy compliance, service effectiveness and cost efficiencies in line with aligned objectives through performance of regular field audits and tracking of service KPI's.

Provide L2 support for operational and technical questions relating to TaaS contracts from partners and support stakeholders with knowledge / expertise on installation of TaaS hardware.

Support the service quality audit process of Goodyear service partners to contracted PPK fleets. Work in collaboration with stakeholders to feedback findings and recommend improvement plans to ensure delivery of contracted service level and cost improvements.



Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Lead on enabling TaaS implementation and ongoing service in market by providing solution and tool related training to external providers. Requirements include TCU and sensor installation, fitment of HALO device and use of tools such as eJob and TechHub. Conduct 'Train The Trainer' sessions with internal stakeholders to support the process and enable full market deployment of TaaS business model through coordination of external training plan. L2 support for TaaS in market.

Conduct regular fleet and service provider audits to identify existing service quality levels. For example, FOS data accuracy, fitment policy adherence, pressure maintenance, tire husbandry. Identify clear and concise action plans to support service improvements and ensure policy compliance, service effectiveness and cost efficiencies. Support installation activities of TaaS hardware (TCU & HALO) when required.

Ensure service provider adherence to casing process through regular audits of removed casings, including FOS data accuracy, removal reasons and remaining tread depth. Audit part worn tire usage to ensure maximization of assets and support PPK savings. Support onboarding of new PPK business through efficient and timely inspection of newly contracted vehicles.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist the delivery of contracted service levels, including vehicle onboarding/defleeting, inspection performance and damage rate through the audit process. Work closely to identify focus areas, by fleet, and support the delivery of profitable business through the implementation of service improvement plans.

Support the adoption of Goodyear approved systems, tools and processes by service providers to manage contracted PPK vehicles, including: Casing returns, identification of Damaged tires, part-worn stock utilization and general service execution using tools such as eJob, FleetHub, SL24 portal and the Work To Do List.



Experience

'Previous Experience in the commercial truck tire market

Working knowledge of commercial vehicles/trailers and experience in training people and transferring knowledge

Min 5 years working experience and proven track record in:

- Tire Service and/or Retail

- Commercial vehicle tire maintenance and truck related telematics

- Working as part of a larger organization



Knowledge & Skills

'Current knowledge of commercial truck tires

Practicable understanding and knowledge of truck tire service and maintenance

TPMS system knowledge and understanding

Knowledge of the tire Service Provision industry

Ability to grasp new technologies and tools related to fleet maintenance and tire service organizational and analytical skills

Fluent in French and English - Any other European language is an asset

Open to 80% travel including regular work on weekends
