Lead Mining Specialist - Centurion

The Lead Mining Specialist is responsible for handling expired follow-up leads and reassigning leads as requested by buyers. This role requires making a minimum of 100 calls a day and saving a minimum of 75 deals per month. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and negotiation, deliver outstanding customer service, and effectively manage their time. Key Responsibilities: Make 100 calls daily to follow up on expired leads Assign leads to buyers as per their requests Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system Save a minimum of 75 saved deals per month Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with buyers and other management to ensure efficient lead management Analyse leads to prioritize follow-ups and optimize deal closures Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Customer Service Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Time Management Resilience and Persistence Team Collaboration Qualifications and experience: Grade 12 Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role At least 2 years of experience in customer service Benefits: Basic R7500 per month and potential for commission Provident Fund Company phone and laptop Working hours: Monday to Friday: Shifts 08:00 -17:00, 09:00 18:00 Weekends: Every second Saturday and one Sunday a month, for 5 hours from 10:00 14:00 Location and transport requirements: Head Office, Centurion Own reliable transport
