IT Manager (Retail/FMCG) (CH1038)

Our client, a Franchisee for a well-known and popular Fast-food brand, is looking for an experienced IT Manager with a background in the retail/FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, innovative thinking, and a commitment to long-term business transformation. This role requires leading and managing various operational and IT teams to support our digital and technical advancements. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage IT infrastructure and systems/software integration projects. Lead the integration of Point of Sale (POS) systems across the franchise. Implement and manage online sales delivery systems. Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making. Develop and maintain robust data reporting systems. Manage systems programming and cloud infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration of IT systems across all departments. Oversee database management, data consolidation, and data integration efforts. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. Lead and mentor IT team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills and Qualifications 4-5 years of management experience in the IT field, preferably within the retail/FMCG sector. Proven experience with systems and software integration. Strong data analysis and data reporting skills. Expertise in Point of Sale (POS) system integration. Experience with online sales delivery systems. Proficiency in systems programming and cloud management. Strong background in IT infrastructure management. Experience with database management, data consolidation, and data Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
