Responsibilities Engage prospective clients and present our insurance products in a compelling and persuasive manner Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual clients' insurance requirements Provide accurate and detailed information about our insurance policies, including coverage options, benefits, and pricing Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and pricing structures Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation and networking strategies Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
