Job Description

As a Call Centre Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while driving sales of their network services and products. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and offering them tailored solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell mobile network products. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and promotions. Handle customer objections and concerns effectively. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Ensure all customer interactions are logged and updated in CRM system. Collaborate with team members and share best practices to achieve collective goals. Requirements: 1 year Previous experience in a call centre or sales role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and exceeding targets. Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. Ability to work flexible shifts (24/7), including evenings and weekends. Matric Clear Credit & Criminal records
