ASSISTANT SOMMELIER (STELLENBOSCH)

Requirements: - Grade 12 and certification from the Cape Wine Academy or WSET Level 1. - Ideally, 1-2 years of experience as a wine tutor. - Extensive knowledge of wines, including grape varieties, regions, harvest times, climates, soils, and winemaking processes, with the ability to communicate this to guests. - Passionate about wine and the hospitality industry. - Strong product knowledge. - Strong customer service orientation. - Well-presented, enthusiastic, flexible, and accountable.
