Logistics Coordinator

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Agriculture, Logistics, International Trade or similar At least 2 years fruit /export industry experience Produce Linc experience Business Central experience Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate timely and accurate shipments from port to overseas customers Capture and process loading of product Provide source documentation to logistics agent Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents Identify and fix logistics errors Oversee on time delivery to port Receive orders, add to inventory and process on system Any other relevant logistics function as required from time to time Engage in regular communication with service providers such as shipping companies, port facilities and logistics service providers Ensure timely schedules for shipping Maintain accurate and consistent records Address errors to promote client satisfaction Manage inventory and dwell time and ensure timeous shipment PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
