The Opportunity

Worldline MTS provides end-to-end digital transactional services leveraging our products, data and payment for a stronger customer engagement. We support our customers’ digital transformation with the creation of innovative solutions, leveraging our products and similar experiences across sectors, and committing on joint business cases. Inside MTS, the Transport and Mobility Pillar has for objective to facilitate powering journeys and movement worldwide, connecting people whilst prioritizing customer satisfaction and social empowerment of our people.

The "Transport and Mobility" pillar is covering following segments :

• Transport Retail: connecting people to transportation systems to improve their daily lives

• Mobility Orchestration: Integrating transport modes to make MaaS a reality

• Transport Operations: delivering The Time Promise, by connecting the right people to the right assets

• Settlement and Specialist services: providing large scale critical platforms to keep transport on the move

For the Business Unit Transport retail, we are looking for a Program Director. He will be in charge of monitoring and managing major programs within Transport & Mobility.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

Defining program objectives and planning activities to achieve them.

Supervising the progress of activities and monitoring performance indicators.

Identifying potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate them.

Regular communication with program stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and expectations.

Providing regular reports on program progress to the organization's management.

Close collaboration with department heads responsible for project delivery to ensure effective coordination of efforts.

Leadership and team motivation to ensure team engagement and performance.

Making strategic decisions in line with program objectives while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall vision.

Continuous evaluation of processes and outcomes to enhance program effectiveness and impact.
