Job Title: Team Leader - Saves/New Acquisition Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our Saves/New Acquisition team at Vodacom. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer retention and acquisition growth, leading a team of agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Saves/New Acquisition agents to achieve sales and retention targets Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and acquisition rates Monitor and analyze team performance, providing coaching and feedback to agents Identify and address training needs to enhance team skills and knowledge Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and team efficiency Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets Requirements: 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telesales, with 1 year in a leadership role Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Experience with performance management and process improvement
