Job Summary:

As an HR Business Partner at SHEIN, supporting France, Belgium & Luxembourg you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance by producing contracts, resolving frontline HR queries, maintaining accurate HR databases, and coordinating various HR processes in accordance with French employment regulations. You will play a key role in supporting global mobility activities, onboarding new employees, and managing employee relations cases while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors. A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills, autonomy, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce contracts, offer letters. contractual amendments/addendums when needed, in line with the internal and country guidelines to ensure full compliance.
  • Be available to answer and resolve frontline HR queries from SHEIN employees and managers using an, within specified service level agreements and targets.
  • Take ownership for closing queries requiring third party involvement (e.g., other internal HR departments, solution providers, HRIS, policy/process owners etc.)
  • Maintain employee databases using our HR platforms, MS tools and other web-based systems as required ensuring HR data is secure, correct and updated at all times.
  • Contribute to and participate in systems implementations and process improvement initiatives.
  • Undertake general administration duties as required and identify opportunities to streamline processes wherever possible.
  • Monitoring of the campaign of annual and professional interviews, and ensuring that we're compliance as per French employment regulations.
  • Forward Planning of Employment and Skills - The Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences (GPEC) management and process coordination to ensure that labour market evolution is considered when development planning.
  • Social Relations - Coordination of the CSE and legal monitoring.
  • Develop and sustain sound working relationships with internal customers, peers and other stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the work references in line with the internal and country guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Responsible for the Leave of Absence Administration (vacation, sickness, family friendly absences ...) in line with the internal and country guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Support the case management of global mobility activity (e.g., immigration requirements, inter country transfers) to ensure compliance.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Responsible for the HR vendor process administration for the assigned countries, including HR related invoice processing and PO creation in close collaboration with internal Comp & Ben department and Finance where needed.
  • Proactively manage, and support, employee relations cases with management so that performance enhancement and correction are well managed within the remit.
  • Agility to assist with the establishment and support of new countries as we scale the business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Master's is a plus.
  • You are autonomous, demonstrate curiosity and responsiveness.
  • You are recognised for your sense of communication, your interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Fluency in French and English is required - both written and verbal. Additional languages would be a plus.
