The job profile for this position is Data Engineering Lead Analyst , which is a Band 3 Senior Contributor Career Track Role. The Cigna Enterprise Operations Analytics organization offers solutions that provide actionable insights to internal and external business partners and customers that help improve customer experience, reduce cost, measure, and forecast business performance, and improve process and procedures. The Business Analytics Lead Analyst will be responsible for providing advanced professional input into Business Analytics assignments/projects. They will analyze and interpret collected data, spot trends, write reports and complete data modeling. POSITION SUMMARY The Data Engineering Lead Analyst will be a key contributor to ensure the successful delivery of ETL Production Services and Application Support. To be successful in this role, you must understand ETL processes and be experienced in supporting Production Services applications. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for partnering with key players in Customer Service, Client Service, Provider Service, and Workforce Planning, while drawing on support from Technology, Finance, Strategy, Operational Readiness, and Solutions Delivery. Essential Functions: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to ensure successful delivery of Production Services applications. Provide technical support for Production Services applications. Identify and address issues related to Production Services applications. Monitor and optimize ETL processes and applications performance. Provide support on CI/CD pipelines and automation. Create and implement best practices to ensure successful delivery and support of Production Services applications. Qualifications: 3 years of relevant production support and project experience. Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Python. Experience with Relational Database Development Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or equivalent required. Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with query optimization and performance tuning. Experience with scheduling tools such as CA Workload Automation. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
