The Information Protection Advisorwill be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Identity-based securitysolutions. These solutions will help deliver on our mission to enforce the principle of LeastPrivilege through Technical Access Controls procedures while preserving Compliance fortesting by external auditors. Responsibilities: Design and configure Technical Access Control solutions within Cignas Privileged Access Management tools based on team requirements. Lead the implementation of innovative solutions to ensure service stability and betteruser experience. Ensure product currency and consistency across all domains. Lead the drive for automating solutions. Ensure stable and secure environments. Performance troubleshooting and recommendations. Provide training, support, and guidance. Support 24x7 on call for escalated security incidents on a rotational basis. Identify critical security issues and provide recommendations of risk-reduction solutions. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to support and troubleshootend-user issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Be able to clearly communicate with senior leadership in highly stressful situations. Qualifications Required Skills: Strong knowledge of CyberArk and / or HashiCorp solutions Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems. Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative abilities. Required Experience & Education: 11-13 years of experience working in the fields of Identity and Access Management,Privileged Access Management, or Cybersecurity. High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in computer science, CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Information Sciences, or equivalent educational orprofessional experience and/or qualifications preferred. Location & Hours of Work: Shift 2 Split (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST / 2:30 AM - 11:30 AM EST)
