Job Description

Key Responsibilities Define & implement technology strategy & roadmaps for omni-channel capabilities including (a) delivery on our digital core platforms (b) quality & compliance across our digital assets and data Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, designing, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support. Coordinate initiatives and facilitate seamless communication among media, business, BIA, and IT teams. Explore digital opportunities by researching emerging technologies and platforms, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with teams to implement innovative digital marketing strategies. Develop organizational media planning capabilities by providing training, documentation, and technical support for media planning tools and systems Provide the technical infrastructure, tools, and expertise needed to enable effective collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement across all aspects of media data management and reporting Driving the organization's media data collection and reporting capabilities, fostering continuous improvement. Partner with technology teams, both internal and agency/vendor, to develop and continually evolve key products and services. Strong Technical writing skills for updating supporting documentation, Knowledgebase articles etc. Be a point of contact for vendors and agency partners and support with technical expertise Help guide the BMS Commercial teams in successfully delivering DOMO and Claravine projects across various media channels. Assist in the process of capturing business requirements and conducting detailed data analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to data integration and system maintenance in the DOMO platform and Claravine Participate in the design of dashboards with effective data visualizations using BMS analytics tools, ensuring marketing media performance data is actionable. Partner with the WCC team leads to support the adoption of omni-channel solutions by designing & deploying effective operating models, change management processes, and end user training. Responsible for ensuring that all IT functions are successful in their delivery of services for the WCE teams. Key matrix IT partner functions include enterprise & data architecture, cyber security, application build & support, portfolio & program management, enterprise information management, collaboration services, infrastructure services. Desired Candidate Characteristics: Must be open to various technology rotations. Have a strong commitment to a career in technology with a passion for healthcare Ability to understand the needs of the business and commitment to deliver the best user experience and adoption Deep understanding & experience of web technologies (AEM is a plus) Strong analytical and technical skills: Ability to design wireframes, data models, and technical designs based on functional specifications and business requirements. Proficiency in programming languages like SQL , Python , and R . Expertise in visualization tools: Experience in designing and developing visually appealing dashboards using tools like DOMO . Familiarity with advanced DOMO functionality such as parameters, actions, tooltip modifications, API integration, and data science capabilities. Data transformation and ETL proficiency: Hands-on experience with DOMO magic ETL and traditional transformation techniques to manipulate and prepare data for reporting and analysis. DQM proficiency Excellent communication skills Innovative and inquisitive nature to ask questions, offer bold ideas and challenge the status quo Agility to learn new tools and processes Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree with 5 years of IT work experience. Experience with managing various digital media platforms including business managers and podcasting platforms. Proven understanding of different type of data connections, data management and administrative policies with DOMO or equivalent tool like Tableau Deep analytical skills, logical thinking mindset and energized by problem solving to identify and resolve technical issues Proactive, solution-oriented approach Capable of working cooperatively across boundaries and within a matrix to achieve results. Ability to deliver complex systems to one or multiple geographies and business units. Experienced in information technology and management, project and portfolio management, planning & delivery of systems/solutions. Proven experience in coordinating media campaigns and data capture as well as providing IT support in a marketing or advertising environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Familiarity with and awareness of the Pharmaceutical Industry. Demonstrates strong influencing skills with key partners across functions/regions. Desired Experience Digital Marketing experience leveraging media channels and understanding of digital media (paid, owned, and earned) Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong partnerships & influence senior business leaders. 5 years of IT experience combined in digital Media channels . 3 years of Team Lead/Delivery Lead experience will be plus General knowledge of DOMO platform Hands-on experience with Claravine platform Ability and comfort working with matrix management in delivering omni-channel capability solutions. Matrix management includes business capability leaders as well as IT capability leaders. 5 10 years of hands-on experience in reporting and analytics, or an equivalent role. Strong BI skills, deep understanding in relational & non-relational databases and data warehouse Hand-on experience in the establishing DOMO-data connections, building datasets, Dashboards and Visualization cards. Understanding of data science concepts like machine learning models Well versed in API, SQL, Python etc. Experience with Project Management and leading projects to completion. Familiar with agile and scrum methodologies Knowledgeable with Project Security Reviews, Data Privacy Reviews and Data Privacy policy Strong understanding of IT processes like information/data architecture, data privacy reviews, cyber security reviews, risk assessments etc Other Experience Working knowledge of agile software-development lifecycle methodologies. Demonstrated ability to support a dynamic culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Potential to develop into an internally and externally recognized thought-leader in the field of omni-channel capabilities & solutions/services. Experience working with geographically separate project teams. Strong Technical writing skills for updating supporting documentation, Knowledgebase articles etc. HYDIT LI-Hybrid
