Job Description

Job Overview: As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of all products, including imported goods, for our company. This role requires a proactive approach to cost analysis, inventory management, and supply chain optimization, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the market. Procurement Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for all products, including raw materials, finished goods, and services. Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with company goals. Importing and Compliance: Manage the importation of goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. Develop and maintain relationships with international suppliers to optimize the supply chain. Cost Analysis and Budget Management: Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and manage the procurement budget effectively. Develop strategies to reduce costs while maintaining product quality. White Labeling: Lead white labeling initiatives, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that product standards and specifications are met. Inventory Management: Develop and implement forecasting techniques to anticipate inventory needs, preventing shortages, and maintaining optimal stock levels. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, including geopolitical, economic, and logistical risks. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance. Utilize data to make informed decisions and improve procurement strategies. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on importing, cost analysis, and inventory management. Proven experience in working with international suppliers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with on-site requirements.
