THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Workshop Foreman to join a renowned independent. As a key figure in the workshop, you will be responsible for maintaining high production standards while delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring first-time fixes, and providing accurate reporting. The ideal candidate is not just skilled with a spanner but also exhibits strong leadership and team management skills and embodies the dependability and robustness that the brand is celebrated for. Job Requirements Motor Mechanics Certificate A valid Drivers License Must have at least 3 years of Foreman/Team Leader experience in a franchised motor dealership (Passenger & light commercial vehicles) Must be computer literate. A stable work history Reliable and contactable references You will need the following documents when applying.
