Job Description

SL Maintenance, the EASA part. 145 aircraft maintenance branch of ASL Aviation Holdings is looking for long term B1 and B2 B737 classic and NG aircraft engineers - Night shift - for its line maintenance operations at Paris (CDG).

About ASL Maintenance:

ASL Maintenance’s mission is to provide excellent airworthiness maintenance services to our

concern’s airlines. With a team of nearly 300 technicians based in Brussels (Base Maintenance Hangar), Liege (Line Maintenance hangar) and Paris CDG (Line station) ASL Maintenance ensures that our 130 strong fleet of ATR’s, B737’s and B747’s operate efficiently, safely and on-time all over the world.


Responsibilities:

As part of our team we count on you to maintain and take good care of our fleet of B737-400 & B737-800 cargo aircraft in accordance with the highest standards, and with focus on safety, reliability and on-time performance.

Requirements:

The CDG operation requires extensive experience and knowledge of the aircraft, quick decision making, and excellent communication skills, to keep the team on and out of the platform informed live on aircraft status.

High tolerance to physical and mental stress is required as maintenance takes place during the night at very specific waves. Keeping the on time performance and reliability of the fleet is essential. The working environment is highly regulated and compliance to the various rules imposed in the platform and the facility is mandatory.

We expect you to be fully functional in English and in good physical condition.

A strict background check is performed to gain access to CDG and to our customer's dedicated apron.

Qualifications:

EASA part 66 B1 or B2 license with B737 classic or NG type rating.

Experience in Base maintenance on the types is a strong merit as is experience in AMOS.

Ability to work under pressure.

Good corporate and cultural sensitivity.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Can do attitude.

Strong results orientation combined with customer service mind-set.

Good planning and organizing skills.

Good knowledge of English is a must.

Ability to legally work in the EU.
