STORE MANAGER – LUXURY BRAND

BOUTIQUE BASED - LILLE


About:

  • French Luxurious Fragrances
  • Attention to details, precursor of an art of living through the senses

Responsibilities:

  • Management of commercial activity
  • Develop turnover thanks to different activity levers (performance analysis) and the implementation of action plans
  • Guarantee respect for the image of the House and be exemplary in terms of customer service, customer experience, visual merchandising, sales ceremonies and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Analytical mind and are proactive in participating in the implementation of reporting and new commercial actions to maximize the store's results
  • Strong capacity for organization and adaptation allows you to thrive in a constantly evolving environment, to test pilot actions and report the results of these initiatives to headquarters
  • Very good level of English and French, oral and written, and are comfortable with an international clientele

Offering:

  • Salary up to €43K, depending on experience
  • Great Bonus structure
