Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales team and the local partners to improve business share of the accounts;
- Plan and execute go to market strategy of new products for the accounts managed;
- Management of the Sell Out for your accounts: targets, follow-up, actions to correct;
- Manage the coverage of product and POSMs in the store for the account;
- Develop in-store merchandising plan and win the in-store visibility base on value for money for the brand and its product (onand off-line);
- Plan and monitor effective promotions to increase the sell out;
- Manage the key stores of your accounts, drive the in-store share of the brand and its product;
- Develop and maintain the relationship with retailers and business partners;
- Budget and ROI monitoring for your accounts.
Qualification Required:
- Very good interpersonal skills, highly developed team spirit;
- Rich experience at retail marketing of mobile phone, use management tool to manage retail marketing performance is a Plus;
- Have strategic and analytical thinking;
- Innovative, well understand consumer interactive experience in different events;
- Good at communication skills, excellent coordinate ability;
- More than 3 years work experience on mobile phone or FMCG is a Plus;
- Vast experience in business with chain-retails, operator stores, distributors and dealers;
- English is required.
