The Global Merchandising Solution Delivery organization develops the software and systems that determine where millions of products will move around the globe to our stores each day.? As a Product Owner on the Global Buying Tools ART, you will own some of our Buying systems within TJX. You will refine and guide the product backlog for the Scrum Team(s), be a partner with our customers to ensure we are delivering value for them, as well as partnering with the Product management team to steer our product roadmaps. We are seeking a motivated, talented, experienced Product Analyst who can Analyse complex business processes and systems to translate to user stories and acceptance criteria in the team backlog. They will partner and collaborate with Scrum team members, Product Management, and our business partners to ensure delivery of business value. Minimum Qualifications: 3 years in an agile delivery framework, or requirement development or Product analyst role. Ability to work with Product Owner (PO) and business SMEs to elicit detailed requirements Ability to work independently on complex assignments Ability to contributes to project team backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations Proven ability to analyzes complex business processes, and defines integrated business and solution requirements Ability to supports the PO in articulating context around requirements and solutions Coordinates functional and non-functional testing to support solution validation Coordinates the development of test scripts Supports change implementation planning and execution. Supports the PO and agile team in achieving iteration goals and PI objectives Supports the PO in ensuring functional integrity of the product/solution Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailoring to audiences Excellent critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations. Extensive understanding of agile methodology, techniques, and agile tools (such as Jira and Confluence) Ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence and presentation tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience with custom developed applications Experience within a retail IT environment
