Job Description

Duties include Customer Engagement and Service Greet and engage with potential clients visiting. Provide information about automotive products and services. Answer client inquiries and address their needs effectively. Manage client interactions from inquiry to completion, provide repair updates and address concerns. Resolve complaints professionally, and gather feedback for improvement Team Collaboration Work with technicians to ensure clear communication on repairs and timelines Quality Control Ensure all work meets company standards and client satisfaction. Estimates and Admin Assist Clients to understand repair costs, maintain records and coordinate with insurers. Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Min of 2 years in Customer Service, ideally in Automotive/Panel beating Industries Knowledge of Automotive terms and repair processes is a plus Strong communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills with a customer first attitude.
