We are seeking an energetic and positive Product Expert, to represent our company with the aim of securing new business, whilst also looking after existing clients. The ideal candidate: Passionate about people and the 4wd/Overlanding industry Energetic with a positive attitude Excellent customer service and good at building lasting relationships Good Communicator Automotive parts knowledge Please note: This is not an office based position, but will require the candidate to be on the road, calling on properties and companies in person in and around South Africa. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Visit mechanical workshops across South Africa and Africa Develop new relationships, & maintain current and past relationships with key clients Assist with our business communication strategy Assist with in-house sales when required (training can be provided) Assist in distribution of company marketing collateral Identify new business opportunities, gather market & customer information Continuous client contact Reporting & Maintaining client records If you do not receive feedback within 2 weeks from application, please see your application as unsuccessful. NO call centre applications accepted Benefits and remuneration Competitive salary Company Car Use of company cell phone Minimum Requirements Experience as a representative on the road would be advantageous Proven track record in a Sales Driven Role (3 to 4 years' experience) Self-driven, well groomed, presentable with a happy disposition, helpful and supportive, trustworthy and reliable Excellent communicator in preferably both English and Afrikaans (3rd language advantageous) High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of 4wd vehicles and parts will be advantageous Valid driver's license & own transport Must be able to work outside of standard working hours if and when required No criminal record
