Retail Manager

Role Overview:

Reporting to the CEO, EMEA and Global VP of Retail, the Retail Manager will be directly responsible for the overall management and success of all store employees of the company's store location/s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability for the

EMEA region

• Collaborate with General Managers to set sales targets and ensure each store is set up to achieve store targets

• Represents the brand and ensures team members are embodying brand spirit in all interactions with customers and peers

• Oversees the recruitment and hiring process for EMEA retail stores

• Oversees new store openings

• Ensures stores are operating in a fiscally responsible manner and with integrity

• Oversees inventory management and ensures stock levels are maintained

• Conducts regular store visits to ensure operations, customer service, visual merchandising and policies are adhered to

• Lead, mentor, and develop the retail team

• Ensure that each store delivers exceptional customer experience aligning with the brand values

• Partner with General Manager to address and resolve customer complaints

• Oversee budgets and financial management of the retail stores

• Prepare regional budgets and ensure budgetary goals are being adhered to

• Partner with Events Manager and PR to develop marketing strategies to drive traffic to stores

Skills &Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 7+ years of specialty Retail Management and a minimum of

2+ years in a regional management role

• Ability to travel extensively within region with occasional abroad trips

• Must have car with valid driver’s license

• Ability to drive sales and grow business

• Experience motivating, leading and developing a team

• Luxury or contemporary management experience preferred

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Passionate about customer service and selling

• Solution oriented with a strong business acumen and corporate exposure

• Proficiency in retail management software (MS Office)
