Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Consultant to join our client’s team in Paris.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of international employee relocations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire relocation process for employees, including pre-assignment briefings, policy reviews, and the management of both standard and VIP relocations.
- Ensure all relocation activities comply with client policies and meet service requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relocating employees, HR teams, and local service providers to facilitate smooth communication and effective service delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for transferees, providing consistent support and guidance throughout their relocation journey.
- Offer ongoing advice and support to both clients and employees, helping them navigate the complexities of international relocation.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the relocation process, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Accurately enter and maintain all necessary data in internal systems to track relocation activities and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and distribute weekly status reports on all active assignments, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.
- Monitor relocation costs and manage budgets effectively to avoid overspending.
- Regularly assess the efficiency of relocation processes and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in the Global Mobility industry, with a strong understanding of international relocation processes.
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software for data management and reporting.
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
