Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance Management
- Oversee and enhance online sales performance by optimizing product listings, pricing, and inventory to boost overall digital business performance.
2. Ecommerce Project Management
- Manage projects related to ecommerce, including but not limited to sales, performance marketing, CRM and product launches.
3. Advertising and Marketing Optimization
- Manage and refine online advertising strategies to boost key performance indicators such as traffic and conversion rates.
4. Business Analysis and Growth
- Conduct regular business reviews to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion on ecommerce platforms.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with GTM, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
6. Industry Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated on industry trends, ecommerce technologies, and best practices to ensure our platforms remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management or a similar role
- Proficiency in French, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Amazon is highly desirable.
