PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT / TEAM
Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) is part of Identity Global
Products Line within Group CIO in AXA Group Operations.
IAM CoE is mandated to design, implement, deploy and operate globally shared products in
IAM space for:
• Employees working for AXA (I AM-Employee)
AXA GROUP OPERATIONS
Internal
• Users working for AXA business (I AM-Business)
• Customer users of AXA (I AM-Customer)
As part of the One Identity Program which aims to build the IAM Next Generation framework,
AXA has selected Saviynt solution in the cloud for its new Group Identity Governance and
Administration platform. This new platform called “LISA” (Lifecycle of Identities and Secured
Authorizations) aims at managing any identity of the Group (internal, external, robots), and
their related authorizations.
JOB PURPOSE
IGP is looking for a project management lead for:
• Overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects within an organization
• Leading a team of Proxy PO/Project managers to deliver various project and programs
in the pipe. First program to be delivered would be the rollout of an IGA (Saviynt) in 10
entities.
• Foster the culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within
project management teams as well as maintaining the framework used and the
knowledge in the team.
MISSIONS
Managing the project portfolio
• Aligning projects with the strategic objectives of the organization, ensuring that projects are
delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
• Ensure level of professionalism in project managers of the department
• Manage a team of project managers, anticipate capacity needs, and deduct the resource
allocation.
Rolling out major programs (currently the rollout of a Identity Governance and Administration system
in 10 countries)
• Overseeing a group of related projects and initiatives aligned with strategic business
objectives.
• Providing strategic direction, leadership, and support to project managers within the program.
• Managing interdependencies, resources, and risks across the projects within the program.
• Monitoring overall program progress, resolving issues, and communicating with senior
management.
• Driving program governance, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of
collaboration.
• Ensuring program deliverables meet business needs and are aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure effective communication.
• Guide Proxy PO and project manager in charge of local rollout to ensure the homogeneity of
rollout projects as well of deliveries.
Maintain project management knowledge.
• Developing and implementing project management methodologies, processes, and best
practices to improve project delivery efficiency.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including charters, plans, schedules, and
reports.
• Mentoring and coaching project managers and team members to enhance their project
management skills and knowledge.
• Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within
project management teams.
• Ensuring that project management tools and technologies are effectively utilized to support
project delivery and reporting.
PROFILE
Technical skills
• Proficiency in project and program management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or
similar software for planning, tracking, and reporting on program activities.
• Knowledge of portfolio management tools to oversee and manage a group of projects within
the program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or
others, depending on the organization's preferred approach.
• Familiarity with risk management tools and techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
across the program.
• Data analysis and reporting skills to track program performance, assess KPIs, and make data driven decisions.
• Proficiency in resource management tools to optimize resource allocation and utilization
across multiple projects.
• Experience with change management tools and methodologies to address changes within the
program and mitigate potential disruptions.
• Knowledge of financial management tools to oversee program budgets, expenditures, and
financial reporting.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT governance to ensure that program initiatives
align with organizational technology standards and strategies.
• Understanding of quality management tools and techniques to ensure that program
deliverables meet quality standards.

project managers and teams within the program, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
