So, if you ’ re looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect match Our expectations In collaboration with his manager and business partners, the analyst is responsible for providing operational support for a range of systems and applications used within RONA ecosystem. The incumbent will coordinate and define process improvement needs to better serve our network of corporate and affiliated stores. This role requires an ability to integrate knowledge across different new and existing systems. The chosen person must demonstrate skills in communication, analysis and synthesis to be able to educate and influence business partners on issues specific to stores and affiliates. Your role Analyze and monitor performance indicators (level of products in stock, accuracy of sales forecasts, turnover rate, inventory budget, dashboard, product status, etc.) Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies. Ensure excellent collaboration with business partners responsible for marketing, store operations, affiliates and the Demand and Replenishment team. Question existing processes and propose new solutions. Support users in deploying new processes and adapting best practices. Represent Demand and Replenishment function for improvement and transformation projects to ensure optimal performance and operational quality of processes. Ensure that the operational constraints of the supply chain are respected during strategy development by the marketing, stores and affiliates teams. Support and ensure governance of the process of maintaining inventory of critical items for natural disasters. The qualifications we are looking for Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management or a related field At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in the supply chain sector Analytical skills in order to formulate recommendations Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills Proficiency with computer tools such as MS Excel and database Good knowledge of JDA (an asset) Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team Organizational skills, thoroughness, self-direction and attention to detail Well-developed business acumen and sense of urgency Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Experience in the retail industry, within a large national distributor or transport/logistics service provider (an asset) Our Hybrid Workplace Policy establishes that associates need to have a reliable transportation to and from our corporate head office located in Boucherville (Quebec), to come to the office on a regular basis.
