General Attendant Stellenbosch | On-Site (Monthly Paid) | Fixed-Term Contract This highly acclaimed Hotel prides itself on being a respected & progressive employer brand, celebrated for our investment in employee wellness, the broader community & the environment. We are looking to recruit a General Attendant , ensuring that guest rooms and public areas of the Hotel are cleaned, and linens are restocked, ensuring the Hotel is maintained to the high presentation. Part of your role will be to sort, wash and fold laundry as needed by their facility. Help remove stains from items with appropriate procedures as needed. This position is for seasonal requirements and ends on the 31 March 2025 Requirements: - Minimum of 1 years experience in the same or/and similar positions - Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays - Excellent attendance and performance track record - Matric or equivalent certificate (advantageous) - Must have a can-do attitude and follow through on actions in a timely way with minimum supervision - Demonstrate tenacity and the ability to perform in fast moving environment Competencies: - Planning - Presenting - Client focus - Service-oriented - Initiative - Cooperation - Adaptability - Dutifulness We offer: - An empowering environment. - A remuneration package including risk benefits - 21 working days leave per annum - Other company benefits - Training and development opportunities Please apply by no later than close of business on 15 September 2024 All internal applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application.
